_ 1HIS CAUSE was duly gresented by the Assistant State Attorney and the
Respon+dent having bee~ present in Caurt, and the Court being advised that Respa~ident
had actua2 custody, care a~d control of the minor children of-the parties duaring the
period of time firom May 30, 1977, to JW.y 30, 1977, az~d Respo~cient having testified
that he had entered-into an agreadent with Petiticner whereby he would not be liable
for child support payments during the period of time the children w~ere actually residing
with him arrd Respandez~~ havir~g further produced caacelled checks which reflect child
suprport payments in an ~mioumt greater than that wluch Petitioener alleges Respo~t to
have paid; and the Cairt beir~g othenvise fully advised in the premises, it is, .

be~efit of B~VIfi JEAN DOIml1(~I, born July 17, 1968, and Al~1A KATl~RII1E DOI~K~i, born
Febn~ary 7, 1974, minor children, a lump sua paym~it of ~S00.00 on Friday, September 2,
1977, and the s~ of ;1Q0.00 per week, plus an additianal ~1.00 for payment of Clerk's ~
fee for receiving and disbursing s~port payments; said ~100.00 per_w~eek payments to -
begin on the 9th day of September 1977, and thereafter on Friday of each and every
week; that said payments sha11 be mad~e in cash, by cashier's check or by postal money
order to ths Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie Cotmty, Florida, and tl~e said
Clerk sha11 transmit the said payments to: Adult Probation Office, R~oom 52 Civi1-
Criminal C.ourt Building, Atlanta, Georgia 30303.
This Court~shall retain jurisdictian of this cause for the purpose of
enforcing this Order and entering s~h further Orders as may be deaned equitable.
