Z. Respa~dent shall pay to the Petitia~er for the benefit of BRIAN
BLANCK, born 3/19/73, minor child, the su~ of ~20.00 per week as tem~orary
su~port until fin~ther Order of~this Court, plus an additio~nal ~1.00 for ~ ~
payment of Clerk's fee for receivring and disbursi~g support payments.
These paym~nts are to begin an the 9th day of September, 2977, and there-

after on Friday of each.and every w~eek; that said payments~shall be made
in cash, by cashier's check or by postal money order to the Clerk of the ~
. Circuit Court of St. Iucie Camty, Florida, a~d the said Clerk shall tra~ns-
mit the said payments to:~ Child S~.ipport Fnforcement Section, 1317 Winew~ood
Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, for transmittal to the State of
New Jersey, as loorig as the case is certified as a Title N-D case. If the
. Clerk receives notificaticm by the D~partm~t of Health and Rehabilitati~,ie
Services that the case is no longer a N-D case he will ~hen foYward a11
