THIS CAUSE came on for trial ~ the 7th da~y of September, 1977,
and the Court having given full consfderntion~to all the evldence,
finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and
sub3ect matter of th9s suit; that the relation of husband and wife now

exlsts between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and shouid be dissolved. Yt fs thereapon
ORDERED and ADJl1DGED as follaws:
1. DISSOLUTION: The Marriage between SONJA N. SPATES and TERRY -
GENE SPATES be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each
of them are hereby for~ver freed fran the bands of matrimony heretofor~e
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
- 2. CUSTODY: Custody of qiRISTOPNER ALLEN SPATES, mtnor child
of the parties, is hereby awarded to SONJA H. SPA?ES, sub~ect to reasonabie~
rlghts of visitation reserved to TERRY 6ENE SPATES. :
3. CHILD SUPPORT: Corm~encing the 9th day.of Sept.ember, 1977, ~
~ TERRY f~NE SPATES shall pa~y to SONJA H. SPATES the swn of ~30.00 each and
every week for the support af the child named above, said a30.00 per week
~ to be current child support with the further provisfon that TERRY GENE SPATES ~
sha11 pay an additionat ;2.50 per week a~til the arrearage according to
the Court record of ~2,030.00 plus =9.50 Court costs has been paid. Each
payment sha11 be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted
pr~on~tly to SONJA H. SPATES. In addition, there is hereby assessed the
sua of s1.00 as statutory costs to be added te each payment made to the
C1erk. Ail pa~y~ents shall be ~ade in cash, naney order, or cashier's check.
