- THI$-CAUST came on for final hearing thie 9th day of September,

1977, and the~wife having appeared with counsel and a default ha?ving
been entered against the husband for failing to file ari answer or
~ other pleading, and the Court having given tull consideration to aIl
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction o~
the parties end the sub~ect matter of this suit; that the relations
of husband and wi~e now exists between tYie parties; the equities are
with the wi~e and_against the huaband and the wife is entitled to
dissolution of marria~e. It is thereupon
ORD~RF~D~ AND ADrTtJDGED as follows: ~ - -
1. DI3SOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the wife, -
. TI~ESA MARxIN, and the husband, PRAI~ MART-IN, be and~-: the same is
hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from t~he bonds of matrimony heretotore~ existing between -
them end from the obligationa arising therefrom.
2. Custody of the-minor children of the parties is.
hereby awarded to the wife with reasonable viaitation rights reserved
to the husband:
. 3. CHILD 3UPPORT. Commencing the 9th day of September, 1977,
the husband shall pay to the Clerk o~ the Court the sum of Sixty
Dollara (~60.00) each and every week Yor the support of the minor
children of the parties, which shall be remitted promptly by the
Clerk to the wife. In addition, there is hereby assessed by the Court ~
t~he aum of =1.00 as costs to be added to each payment made to the
Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's
check. Wife and Husband are ordered to keep t,he Clerk of this Court
advised of their mailing and reaidence addresaes at all timea while
t~is Order is in-effect. -
