THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing this 9th day-of September,
1977, and both parties appeared with their respective-counsel, and
the Court after hearing argume~ts from both parties and having given
fLil.l consideration to the evidence, finds and determines: ,This Court
has ~urisdiction of the parties and the sub~ect matter of this suit;
that the relations of husbend and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties ahould be dissol~ved. It fa

" 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriege between betweeri the ~
wife, MARY ANN CARROLL, and the husband, JANII~'S B. CARffOLL, be and the
same is hereby dissolved, and the said parties end each of them are
hereby forever freed from the bonda of matrimony heretoYore existing -
between them end from the obligations arising therefrom. _
f 2. AGREEME~iT. That the Agreement heretofore made between the
parties is hereby-incorporated and made a part of this Final Judgment,

end each party is hereby ordered to comply wit~h said terms of the
Agreement..
3. CHILD SUPPORT. -That commencing Septeanber 9, 1977, and
each week thereafter, the huaband shall abide by the Agreement as
to Child Support Payments by peying to the Clerk of the Court the
emount of =70.00 per week for the support of the children herein. -
4. DEBTS & BILIS. That all of the debts and bills listed
with the Merchents Credit Bureau ahall be paid by the husband and
the husband ehall hold the wife harmless from paying o~ same. .
~ 5. ATTORNEY'3 FEES. That within a reasonable time the husband
shal.l pay the attorney'a fees as stated in Paragraph 6=ot the Agreement.
