DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
_ This cause came on for tri~l the ~th day of September, 1977
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the pdrties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage~between
.
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon `
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. The marriage between THOMAS DANIEL FZNN and NANCY
_ GIBBONS FINN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and eacY~ of them are hereby ` forever freed f~rom the bonds of taatri-
mony heretofore existing between them and from the obliqations
arisinq therefrom.
2.~ Custody of JASON FINN and CHRISTINA FINN, minor ~
children of the parties, is hereby awarded to NANCY GIBBONS FINN -
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to THOMAS DANIEL FINN,
proyiding the Husband,qives the Wife at least one week's notice
in writing thereof. ~
3. Conmaencing the 16th day of September, 1977 THOMAS
DANIEL FINN shall pay to NANCY GIBBONS FINN the sum of $50 each ~
and every week for the support of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Co~rt and
