by him remitted promptly to NANCY GIBBONS FINN. In addition
there is hereby assessed the su~n of $1.00 as statutory costs
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both
of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of ichis Court
advised of their mailinq and residence addresses at all times
while this order is in effect.
~ 4. As a lump awa alimony award, THOMAS DANIEL FINN
shall convey to NANCY GIBBONS FINN all his right, title and
interest in and to the marital home located on the followinq -
described land: ~
The East one-half of Lot 17 and all of Lot
18, of Block 12, less and excepting there-
from tT~e South 5 feet thereof, MARAVILLA
TERRACE,as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 5, page 50, public records of St. Lucie
- County, Florida
together with the furniture and furnishings now located therein;
that the Wife shall be responsible for the payments on the home ~
improvement loan and mortgage thereon. In the event the Husband

~ fails to execute an appropriate instrun~ent to the Wife within
€ ten days from the date of ~this Judgment, then this Judgment shall
act as a transfer of the Husband's interest in said real and
personal property to the Wife.
5. THOMAS DANIEL FINN shall pay to the law firm of Willes,
Bittan & Willes the swa of-$300 within ninety days from the date of
thi$ Judgment to apply on their fee and costs for the representation
o~ the Wife herein.
~ S. THOMAS DANIEI. FINN shall pay the Mast~rcharge account,
~ up to $450, and the Standard Oil account,.up to $200, and save the
Wife harmless therefrom.
