HARDWICR, Husband • FINAL JUDGMBNT~OF DISSOLiJTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE having heretofore^come on for trial and the respective parties hereto having appeared before this Court with counsel and the Court having taken testimony.of the - , - parties and heard the evidence herein, and the Court having ~ ~ ~ given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and _ ~ determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the,parties and ~ sub3ect matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and ` wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissalved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ~ - ETHEL R. HARDWICK and ROBERT C. AARDWICK be and the same is t hereby dissolved.and the parties and each of them are herebq . E forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. ALIMONY. Comnencing the 9th dav of September, 1977. ROBERT C. HARDWiCR shall pay to ETHEL R. HARDWICR the sum of 4 f $75.00 each and every week for a period of two years from the ~ date of this Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage as r . _ rehabilitative alimony. ' _ i Said payments shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to ETHEL R. HARDWICK. In addition, there is herebq assessed the simn of $1.00 as statutory costs ~ to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
