tranfer the Certificate of Tit1e to the name of Ethel R.
Hardwick. .
. B. Robert C. Hardwick shall pay to Ethel R. _
Hardwick the sum of $2,690.00 representing lump sum alimonq
award
~ C. Ethel R. Hardwick shall be entitl~e to the entire
`com~nission due from The Hardwick Agencq in the total amovnt
of $5,250.00 as a lump sum alimony award. ~
4. FEES AND COSTS. Rober~ C. Hardwick shall~pay to
Charles A. Sullivan, Esq., of the-law firm of Sullivan ~
Cobb for legal services rendered in this cause to Ethel R.
Hardwick the aum of $1,250.00 as a final reasonable fee
