THIS CAUSS came on for trial the 1$t day of September, 1977,
upon the Pet~tion for Dissoluticn of Irtarriaqe filed by the Husband,
and the-Answer an~d Counter-Petition filed by the Wife, and the
Wife havinq be+en present in court and represented by counsel, and
the Husband having failed to appear after havinq been served with
notice of the heari~q, and the Court havinq heard teatimony of the
Wife, and the Wife's witneas, and beinq fully advised finds and
. determines as follows: the Court has juz~fediction of the parties
and subject matter of tYiis suit; that the relation of husband and
wife na~r exists between the parties= and tbat the marriage between
the parties is irreCrievably broken and should be dissolved. -
Therefore it is
- ORDERED AND ADJUDG~ED as follaws :
. 1. DISSOLUTIotd OF MARRIAGE. The Husband's Petition for -
Dissolution of 1Karriaqe is hereby denied, and the Wife's Counter-
Petition for Dissolution is qranted~ and the marriaqe between the
parties and each of them is hereby~dissolved, and they are forever
free from the bonc~ of matrimony heretofore existinq between them
and from oblfqations arising therefrom. "
