2. CUSTODY. Custody of the minor child, igsue of eaid
marriaqe, namely, DONNA MICHSLS SCHWARTZ, is hereby awarded to
the Wife with ressonable riqhts of visitation reserved to the
Husband. - -
3. SUPPORT. Commaencing the ~j~-- day of September,
1977, the Husband shall pay to the Wife the su~m of $20.00 each

and ev~ery week for the aupport of the aninor child nam~ed above. _
8ach payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition, there is hereby
asaessed the swm of $1.00 statutory cast to be added to eaech payment
made to the Clflrk. Al1 payments ahall be made in cash, money order, -
-or Cashier's Check. Both of the partiea are ordered to keep the
C18rk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addreases
at all times whi~le this order-is~in effect.
4. ALI1?40NY AND PROP$RTY. As lum~ awn alimony, the Husband
is ordered to convey to the wife his interests in and to the farmer
marital home, includinq all furniture and furnishinqa therein,
located at 5806 Melville Road, Fort Pierce. Florida, and beinq
leqally described as follows:

Beginning at the~intersection of the Southern Boundary
line of the North ~ of Lot 243, WHITS CITY-St1BDIVISIaN,
a subdivision of Section 10, Tawnahip 36 South, Range
40 East, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book~l,
Paqe 23, of the public records of St. Lucie Countp,
Florida, with the Eastern riqht of.way line of Melville
Road thence Northerly alonq said Sastern rfght of way
of Melville Road 75 feet to a pointij thence run East a
dietance of 135 feet to a point; t2~ence rw1 South a
distance of 75 feet to a point: th~ence run West a
distance of 135 feet to the point Qf beqinning.
In the event the Susband fails to convey t~ the Wife his riqht,
