THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 9th da~y of Septe,nber, 1977,
and the Court having considered the evidenc~ and heard argunents of cou~sel -
~ and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, the Court finds and
determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties an~ sub3ect matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband an~ wife now exitts between the
parties; and that-the marriage befi,reen the p~rties is irretrievably broken
, and shauld be dissolved. It is thereupon _
ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION: TKe marriage between KATHLEEN L. YEARY and
~ RALPH YEARY-be and the same is hereby disso]ved, and the parties and each
~ of tt~em are hereby forever freed fran the bonds af matrinany heretofore
exi sti ng between them and fran the obl i gati ons ari si ng therefrom.
: 2. CUSTODY: Custoc~r of CHRISTY YEARY, minor ci~ild of the parties,
is hereby awarded ta KATHLEEN L. YEARY, with r~asonable visitatlon rights .

3. CHILb ~UPPORT: Comnencing the 19th day of Sept,ember, 1977,
RALPH YEARY shall paty to KATHLEEN L. YEARY the sum of ;125.00 each and
every month for the support of the child named above; said sun to continue
unti l such time as the chi'! d reaches ma~ori ty, marries or becomes self,
supporting. ~ach pa~yment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
him rEmitted pr~ar~tly to KATHLEEN L. YEARY. In addition, there is hereby
