FINAL JUDGMENT - DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial the 30th day of August, 1977

and the.Court having given full consideration to all the -
evidence, finds and determines:~ This Court has 3urisdiction ~
of the parties and s~b3 ect matter of thia suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exiats between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievablq
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED.as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MfARR~1GE. The marriage between DONALD
L. DETERMAN and VICTORIA DETERMAN be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and ea~ch of them are hereby forever

freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
~ them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JOSEPH BENJAMIN DETERMAN, minor

child of the partiea. is hereby awarded to VICTORIA DETERM~iN
with reasonable visitation rights reserved-to DONALD L. DETERMAN.
~ 3_. SUPPORT. Commencing the 2nd day of September, 1977,
DONALD L. DETERMAN ahall paq to VICTORIA DETERMAN, the su~ of
$50.00 each~and every week for the support of the minor child
named above. "
Each paqment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptlq to VICTORiA DETERMAN. In addition
