4. ALIMONY. Co~enciag the 9th day of Septembery 1977,
DONALD L. DBTERMAN shall pay to VICTOR~A DETERMAN, the sum of t`
$100.00 each_and every week for eighteen (18) months for ~
rehabilitative alimony.
- Each paqment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptlq to VICTORIA DETSRMAN. In addition
there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 statutory costs to
-be added to each paym~nt made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash,_ money order or cashier's check. Both of -the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addressea at all times while this
order is in effect. •
4. MEDICAI. AND INSiJRANCE .
~ a. DONALD L. DETERMAN shall pay a11 medical bills, including
those for drugs, dentists, hospitals $r?d doctors, which maq be
reasonably necessary for the care and health of the minor child - ~

b. There is an existing life insurance policy on the minor

child in the amount of $5,000.00 with an annual premivm of ~
approximately $50.00 and the Husband shall be responsible, on ~
the anniversary date of the policy, to pay the premium payment
until the child reaches the age of 18 years. -
5. PROPERTY. _
a. DONALD L. DETERMAN is awarded one set of glassware and
the stero set presently located in the marital home of the parties
b. DONALD L. DETERMAN shall be responsible for all family
