d. DONALD L. DETBRMAN ~is hereby directed to transfer all
his right~ title and interest in the ~ointly owned 1974 Gran Prix
automobile to VICTORIA DETERMAN. ~
e. There is presently~a Savings Account with an approximate -
balance of $6,700.00 plus interest. DONALD L. DETERMAN is hereby
awarded $2,000.00 from~said account and the balance of the account
and interest is hereby awarded to VICTORIA DETERMAN.
f. The parties are the 3oint owners of the following
described real property more particularly described as follows,

The Husband shall transfer all his right, title and interest
in said-.above described Parcel I and II bp Quit-Claim Deed to the
Wife and the Wife agrees to assume all.indebtedness outstanding
on said property and to hold the Husband harmless therefrom and
upon the execution of the Quit-Claim Deed by the Husband.
The Wife shall transfer all her right, title and interest
in.said above descri~ed Parcel IZI bq Quit-Claim Deed to the .
Husband and the Husband agrees to assume a11 indebtedness
outstanding on said property and to hold the Wife harmless ~
therefram and upon the.execution of the Quit-Claim-Deed by the
