petition, and the Court havinq heard the evidence and being other-
wise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED THAT: ~
1: The marriage~of the petitioner, MATTIE BURCH to
the respondent, EbWARD BURCH , is dissolved a vinculo.because
it is irretrievably broken. ~
2. Custody of the minor children of the parties,
THERESE ANN BURCH, age 11, and PATRICIA ANN BURC~i, age 10.
