FINAL JUDC~NT OF ADOPTION - ~
This cause was heard upon the verified Petition of Adoption
filed in.this cause, and based upon the Recommendation for Adoptioin
and Consent filed herein by the Children's Home Society of Florida;
and it appearing to the Court that the petitioners are fit and proper
persons to adopt the said minor child sought to be adopted, and that
~ the best interest of the child will be promoted by the adoption; and -
that the child is suitable for adoption by petitioners herein; and
the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises; upon con-
sideration, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDG~D as follows: -
T'hat the minor child lanawa as H~IAN TYIER WRIGHT is declared
to be the legal child of the petitioners, FOSTER VOORHEES WRIGAT, JR.,
~ and CECILIA ANN WRI(~iT, -his wife, and is given the name of BRIAN TYIER
= WRIGHT by which name he shall hereafter be knawn; and it is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUD(~D that the said minor child shall
Y be the child and legal heir of the petitioners, FQSTER VOORHEES

WRI(~IT, JR. , arid CECILIA ANN WRIG~IT, his wife, entitled to all rights
