RESOLUTION NO. 77-101 '
WHERSAS, the St. Lucie County Planning and Zoninq Com~aissfon
after holdinq a public hearinq of whicb due notice was published
at least fifteen (15) days prior to eaid hearinq and all property
owners within 300 feet were notified by mail.of said hearing has ~
recomaaended to the Board of County Com~aiss~oners of St. Lucfe
County that the hereinafter described request for a chanqe in ~
zoninq ~lasaification be GRANTSD, and -
WHERSAS, the Board Qf County Commissioners held a public hearinq
on September 6, 1977 after first publishinq notice of said hearinq ~
in the Newa Tribune on Auqust 19, 1977.

sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida in meetinq assembled this -
6th day of September,~1977 as followss
1. That the zoninq of the following described property in St.
Lucie County,_ Florida, to-wit:.
Marion Heights S/D, Block l, Lots 1, 2, .
3, 19 and 20 aiid that part of S. 15 feet _
-of vacated~Yergin Avenue adjacent to north
line of Lots 1 and 20 -
owned by JAMES AND LAURA SHAFFER and LUCILLE G. LOLL, be and the
same is hereby changed from R-1C (residential single family dwellings)
