4. Amend District Requlations for B-1 District, Permitted
Usee Requirinq Site Development Plan approval by the
Board of County Commissioners in accord~nce with procedure
set forth in Subsection 20 of Section 7 by addinq:
"Shoppinq Center not exceedinq 40,000 square feet of qross ~
floor area." ~
5. Amend District Regulations for B-2 District, Permitted
Usea RequiFinq Site Development Plan approval by the
Board of.County Cam~aiasioners in accordance with procedure
set forth ia Subaection 20 of Section 7 by-addinq:
"Shoppinq Cente~, not exceeding 150,000 square feet of .
gross floor area."
6. Amend subsection IV(c)(3~ in P.D.P. District to read:
"(3) Upon fin$1 approval and after all conditions have
been met, the~ County Connniasfon ahall approve the filinq
of the_Final Development Plan in the Office of the County
Zoning Director when no parcels are to be sold. In the
instance when parcela are to be sold,-the developer will
process and have recorded~the subdivision plat in the
- manner~desiqnated for the County."
