THIS CAUSE, came on to be heard upon the wife's Motion for
an Order Holding the Husband, MICHAEL~WILLIAM SHAFFBR, ia contempt
of this Court for failure to cv~ply w~th the terms of the Final
Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage dated Julq 25.A.D.,.1977, in
that the husband has failed to pay the wife~ s final attorneq's
fee of Three Kundred Dollars ($300.00}. and the Court having
~-heard the testimony of the husband, and bei~g otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that the sum of Three Hundred Dollars
j ($300.00) final attorney's fee is~now due and owing RICHARD D. ~
k SNEED, JR., P.A., from the~husband, MICHAEL WILLIAM SHAFFER, .
for all of which let execution issue.~

- IT IS FURTHI:R ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the husband is in
contempt of this Court for failure to pay said attorney's fee,
but that he may purge himself of contempt by paying the sum of
Two Dollars and Fiftg Cents ($2.50) a w~eek crnrmencing on I~onday,
September 5, 1977. - ~
DONE AND ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
