THIS CAUSE, came on ~before the Court on the wife's l~iotion for
~ Child Support Arrearage, the parties appearing before the Court
repiesented by separate counsel,-and the Court having heard testi-
mony, and then entered a Final Judgment awarding the wife child
support arrearage, and the~Covrt desiring that further child support
payments be made through the"Clerk of the Circuit Court, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the husband, JAI~S CARItOLL S'~IITH, shall
com~?ence payfng to the wif e, ANNIE IRENB SMl''~H, now ANNIE IRENE CONLLY,
the. sum of Seventy-five Dollars ($75.OQ) a week child support for the
~ children of the marriage, to wit:. LAURIE LYNN SMITH, and ALISA ANNE
f SMITH, -co~mmencing on Tvesday, September 13, 1977, and a like sum

~ thereafter on successive Tuesdays of each w~eek. Said sum is to be

paid to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida,
together with $1.00 statutory costs. All payments are to be made in
either cash, cashier's check or money order. ~
