DISSOLU'PION OF MARRIAG$ ~
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 23rd day of
August, 1977, and the Court havinq given full consideration ,
to all of the ev3dence, finds and detenai~es: This Court
has jurisdiction of the partiesi and subject matter of this
suit;_that the.relation of husband and wife now exists
between tY~e parties; and the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLtITION OF MARRIAGS. The marriage between .
THOMAS E. CONBOY and DOROTHY E. CONBOY be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are
hereafter ~orever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto- ~
fore existing between~them and from the obliqations arisinq
the=efrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of THOMAS E. CONBOY, JR. and
KEVIN MICHAEL CONBOY, mfnor children of the parties, is
hereby awarded to DOROTAY E. CONBOY with reasonable visita-
tion rights reaerved to THOMAS E. CONBOY. _
3. SUPPOR'~. Commencing the L~~~ day of ,
1977, THOMAS E. CONBOY shall pay the sum of $30.00 r week
through the Clerk of the Circuit Court for the support of
the children plus $1.00 statutory fee for the receipt and
