4. PROPBRTY.. TSOMAS E. CONBOX shall transfer to
DOROTSY CONHOY the 1967 Chevrolet auto'wbile currently
in her possession, the furnishinqa in the ma~ital l~o~e shall ~
belonq to DOROTHY E. CONBOY with ~e euception of personal
belonginqs of THOMAS E. CONBOY. -
5. HARITAL RBSIDENCS. DOROTHY CONBOY sdall have
the exclusive use and possesaion of the for~er ~arital ~
of the parties until the younqest child shall reacb the aqe ~
'of 18 years. The husband is to pay the property tases on
said property and the wife will pay the annual insnra.nce
premiums. As to the payment of the existinq aortqaqe on
the former marital residence, the parties shall aake the
monthly installment payment due in alternatinq a~nths ~rith
DOROTHY 8. CONBOY makinq the payment due in Auqnst, 1977,
and TSOMAS E. CONBOY making the installment due in Septe~ber,
1977.
6. ATTORNEY'S FEES. THOMAS E. CONBOY shall pay as ~
attorney's fees for the -Wife the sum of $400.00 at the rate
of $25.00 per month beqinning October 1, 1977.
