This Note is secured by a mortgage (tt~e Mort~~ge~, dated the dste
hereof, ot property situat~d 1n the State of Florida, granted by the Maker to
the Payee, to which reference is hereby made for a descriptio~ of the
~~Fwrtgaged property, ths natura ar~d extent of the se:curity, the rights of
the Payee in respect thereof a~d the terms and conditions upon which thls

The Maker sgr.ees that it shali be bow~d by any agreement extending
- the tlme or modlfytr~g the abavs terms of payment, made by the Peyee and
the owner or owners of the property affected by the Nbr_tgage, whether with
or wlthout ~otice ~o the Maker, and the Maker shali continue liable m pay
the amount due hereunder, but with interest at a rate no greater than the
Interest Rate, according bo the terms of any such agreemer~t of extension or
-modiflcation.
. The u~paid batance of the Principal Anaunt, plus accrued interest
~ shall become due and ~psyabie at the option of the Payea under the happening ~
of sn event by which said balance shall or rnay become due and psyable _

This Note may not be changed orally, but oniy by an agreeme~t in
writing, signed by the pat-ty agai~st whom enforcement of any waiver,
change, modifjcation or discharge is sou~ht.
~ AII parties to ihis Note, whether Maker, principal, surety, guarantor
or endors~r, her~y waive prese~~t for payment, demand, protest, _
noNce of protest, and notice af dishonor, and expressly agree jolntly and
severatly to remain and continue bound for the payment of the principal and
interest provided for by the terms of this Note, ratwithstanding any exten-
sion or extensions of the time of, or for the payment of said principai or
interest, or any change or cha~ges in ~the amount or ~mounts agreed to be
paid under or by virtue of the obiigation ~o pay provided for in this Note,
~ or any change or changes by way of release or surre~der or substitution
~ of any real property and collateral, or either-, held as security for this
~ Note, and waive all and every kind of notice of such extension or extensions,
change or changes, and agree that the same may be made witFaut the joinder
of the Maker.
