This Not~ is secured by a mortgage (the Mortgage), dsted the date
~ hereof, of property situated In the State of Florids, granted by the Maker ~
the Payee, to which reference is hereby rnade for a description of ths
morigaged property, the naiture and extent of tha security, the rights of
the P~yeo in respect thereof and the terms and conditio~s upon which this
Note is issued. .
The Maker agrees that it shaN be bou~d by any agreement exter~dir~g
the time or modlfying the above terms of payment, m~de by tha Psy~e snd -
the'owner or owners of the property affected by the Mortgage, whether•wlth
, or without notice to the Msker, and the Makec shall continue Ilable b pay

The unpaid balance of the Principal Amount, plus accrued interest

' This Note may not be changed orally, but only by en agreement in
writing, signed by the party against whom enfarcement of sny waiver,
change, modification or discharge ts sought.
AII parties to this Note, whether Maker, princlpa~, surety, guarantor
or endorser, hereby waive presentment for psyme~t, demarid, protest, _
notice of protest, and notice of dishonor, and expressly agree joi~tly snd
_ severally to remai~ and continue bound for the payment of the principal and
_ interest provided for by t~e terms o! this t~tote, notwitNstanding any exten-
sion or extensions of the time of, or for the payment of said principal or-
