further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its ~
F.xhibi.ts, and budget, sales binchure and floor plan, and ack~awledges that each and ~
every provision-of the for~going is essential to the s~cessful opc3ration an~d manage-
ment of the Condominiu~ p~operty and is in the best interests and fot the benefit ofi :
all the awners therein. Purc:haser and all owners of parcels in tha aforedescribed -
Condominiun cov+enant and agree to.abide by each and every pmvision ot said Declar- =
ation of Condaninium and bchibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and ~
confirnas and approves.all_of the tern~s and provisions of said Declaration of Condo- •
miniua and Exhibits attachEd thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Owners' Association doc~anents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acknowledges and confirms :
that the Declaration of„CovenantS and Restrictions of the.Property Owners' Associ-
ation has encumbered.and impressed a lien upon the Condominitan parcei being conveyed
to Pur~haser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said PurChaser assu~es the
obligations as to the Property Owners' AssociaLion as to hi.s cond~owiniwn.parcel. ;
Purchaser confinas that all warranties, representations and induceu~ts,.if any, are
