Borrower providod for in this Mortga¢e shall be given by maiGng soch notice by certifled mail addressed to Bermwer at
the Properly Address or at such other address as Bormwer may designate by notice to i.ender as provided herein, and
(b) any notice to Lender shall be givcn by cenified mail, retum roceipt requested. to I_ender's address stated herein or to
such other address as Lender may designate by natice to Rornawer as provided hercin. Any notioe provided tor in this
Mortgage shall be deemed to have been given to Borrower or Lender when given in the manner designated herein.
IS. Uaiform Mort~e: Gover~~ Law: Sevcnb8ity. This form of mortgage combina uniform covenants for national
use and non-uniform covenants with limited variations by jurisdietwn to conatitute a unifonn sxurity i~strument covering
~ real,~roperty. This Mortgage shall be governed hy the law of the jurisdiction in which the Propaty is lceated: tn the
i event that any provision or clause of this Mortgage or the Note oonflicts v~~th applicabk law. such conflict shall not affect
other provisions of this Mongage or the Ncue which can be given etfect without the conflicting pmvision. and to this
~ end the provisiora of the Mortgage and the Note are Jeclared to be severable.

by Borrower without Leoder's prior wrinen consent. excluding (a) the creation of a lien or encumbrance subordinate to
this Mortgage, (b) the creaticm of a purchace maney security interat for household appliances. (c) a trrnsfer hv devise.
descxnt or by operation of law upon the death of a joint tenant or (d) the grant of any kasehold intercst of three years or less
not containing sn option to purchase. Lender may. at Lender's option, doclare all the sums suured by thia Mortgage to be
immediately due and payabie. Lender shall have vvaived such option to acxelerate if, prior to the sale or transfer. Lender
and the petaan to whom the Property is ta be so1J or transferred rach agreement in writing that the credit of such person
is satisfsctory to Lender aad that the inten-st payabk on the sums secured by this Mortgage shall be at such rate as ixnder
