This cause came on for hearinq of Defendant's Motion _
to Tax Costs and the Court havinq considered said motion and the
itemization of costs incurred by Defendants as a result of the
voluntary dismissal of this action by the Plaintiff and the Court
• having con$idered arquement of counsel and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises finds that all cost items listed in ~
--Defendant's motion are proper and reasonable with the exception
