Purchaser, by acceptancv uncl execution of this lteceipt, acknowledges
that this purchasc of a condon~inium unit at OCEAN VILLAGE OF 1~U1rilINSON ISLAND is
subject in evcry respeet to the Declaration of Condo,nini~mn as to the condominitan
in which his unit is locuted anci F~chibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (wlicther the same are attachec! to the 1leclaration or refcrred to
therein), tl~e 13y-Laws of the Association, Artic2es of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regul~tions, copy ol projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure nnd floor
plan of apartment purch~scd by Purchaser, and all Jlmcnc~nents to the aforesaid De-
claration arid ~xhibits and thc Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declara~ion
of Covenants and Restrictions o£ the Property Owners' Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examinntion of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclrno~wledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successfu2 operation and manage-
ment of the CondominiLen property and is in the best interests and for Lhe benefit of
all the oiv~iers thercin. Purchaser and ali owners o£ parcels in the aforedescribed
Condomini~nn covenant and agree to abid~ by each and every pmvision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves a1Z of tl~e terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minitan ana Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment uncier tlle
Property OHmers' Association docwnents referred to above and thc pmvisions thereof
are reasonaUle, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclnwwledges and confiims
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Associ-
ation has enc~mbered and impressed a lien upon tlie Condominiua parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations ~der the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions o~ the Property (k~mers' Association and said Purchaser assuanes the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominiwn parcei.
Purchaser confiYms that all ~varranties, representations and inducemen~s, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiwn and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the comran expenses and the suns due under the Property U,mers' Association
and other charges-are estimateci only. No warranty or guaranty is mad~e or intended,,
nor may one be relie3 except where the saime is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaxation of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
