FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on September 28,
1977, upon Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, and a default
having been regularly entered by the Clerk of this Court upon
Respondent's failure to answer or otherwise plead, and service
of process having been ma.de on Respondent, OTIS LEE JOHNS, by
publication and the Court having heard testimony of Petitioner
ADELE MYRA JOHNS, and Petitioner's witness and being fully
advised in the premises,~the Court finds and decides as follows:
1. The parties were married to each other on June 12,
- 1970. at Key West, Florida.
2. The Petitioner has been a resident of the State of
Florida for more than six (6) months next prior to the filing
- of her Petition for Dissolution of Marriage.
3. The Respondent, OTIS LEE JOHNS, was constructively
served process by publicatic~n and a default was properly entered
by the Clerk of this Court against the Respondent.
4. The Court has jurisdiction o£ the parties and the
subject matter of this-action.
S. One child was born of this marriage, RAWJEK EUGENE
JOHNS, a ma2e, age 5.
6. The Petitioner, ADELE MYRA JOHNS, is the proper
person to have the care, custody and control of the above-naned
minor child.
