allegations of her Petition and that the marriage is irretrievably
broken.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
A. This Court has absolute jurisdiction of the parties

B. The Default Judgnent previously entered in this
cause is ratified and confirmed.
C. That the marrfage between ADELE MYRA JOHNS and
OTIS LEE JOHNS is dissolved because it is irretrievably broken.
D. The care, custody and control of the minor child
of the parties, RAWJEK EUGENE JOHNS, age 5, ~is granted to the
Petitioner, ADELE MYRA JOHNS.
