QayaT ~,,V ~ ~~rrt^•° 'rf ~tF1E0.~..•-~-- ~ FINAL JUDGMSNT Sf` ~a 3~~ PN ~ IT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~~1~~ This cause came on for trial the 28th day of September, ~ 1977 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the ' marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and ~hould be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The marriage between JAMES TIMOTHY FLETCHER and PEGGY MICHELLE FLETCHER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. Custody of SABRINA MARIE FLETCHER, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to JAMES TIMOTHY FLETCHER, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to PEGGY MICHELLE FLETCHER. 3. The minor child, SABRINA MARIE FLETCHER, shall not ~ be removed without the jurisdiction of this Court without entry of an order therefor by this Court. ~ 4. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida.this h ay of September, 1977.
