entitled to a credit of 18.7 percent of the Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00)
-paid to Allstate, from the Plaintiffs, for an amount of Nine Hundred Thirty-
Five Dollars ($935.00). In addition, the Defendant, UNITED STATES FIDELITY
6 Gl1ARAN'i'Y COMPANY is entitled to a set-off in an amount of Seven Rundred
Fifty-Five Dollars ($755.00) r~re~enting additional medical pay~nts which the
Defendant made to the Plaintiffs gratuitously to assiet them before suit was
filed. Therefore, the Defendant, UNITSD STATES FIDELITY ~ GUARANTY COMPANY
is entitled to a total credit of One Thousand Seven Aundred Ninetq Dollars
($1,790.00) and therefore is liable to the payments of the Final Judgment
noted aforesaid in a~gross amount of Eight Thousand 1wo Hundred Ten Dollars
($8,210.00).
3. That the court retain ~urisdiction in this cause for ~ny subsequent
Motion to Tax Costs filed by the Plaintiffs herein.
