SPECIAL ORDER TAXING COSTS
TAIS CAUSE came on for consideration by the Court on the
Court's owa motion to tag costs for rental of the Federal Courts
facilities in Fort Pierce, Florida, after 5:30 P.M. on September 20,
1977 for trial of this cas~, and the Court being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED ~
1. That the Federal Courts facilities in Fort Pierce
; Florida, were used in the trial of this case after 5:30 P.M, for
~ a total of two and one-fourth(2 1/4)hours on September 20, 1977.
2. That MICHAEL PERRI is ordered to pay rental charges
of $22.50 and the same are hereby specially taxed as costs ~n
this action against said Plaintiff.
3. That payment~?iwill be made to the order of Disbursing ~

Officer U. S. Postal Service and mailed to Mr. David Douglas, Court
