It is.agxeed that this mortgage shall secure any future advances
or loans made by the mortgagee to the mortgagor at any time within
Ten (10) years from the date hereof to the same extent as iP such ~
future loans or advances were made on the date of the eaecution oY
this mortgage; provided,, however, that the total unpaid balance oP ,
the indebtedness secured by this mortgage at any one time shall
not eaceed a maaimum principal amount equal to 150 percent of the
principal amount originally secured hereby, plus interest on such
maaimum principal amount and any disbursements made for the pay-
ment of taxes, levies or insurance on the property covered by this
mortgage, with interest on such disbursements. The making of such
further or future advances or re-advances shall be optional with
the mortgagee. Such advances or re-advances ma.y be made under the
provisions hereoP to the present or to any future owner of the
mortgaged premises.
