THIS CAUSE came up for final hearing on September 6, 1977,
and the Wife having appeared with counsel, and the Court being other-
wise advised in the premise and after giving f~ll consideration to all
t~he evidence, finsls and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the
partie8 and the sub~ect matter of this suit; that the relations of hus-
band and wife now exists between the parties; the equities are with the
wife and against the husband, and the wife is entitled to dissolution
of marriage. It is t~hereupon ,

ORDERED AND ADkTUDG~ as follows: '
l. DISSOLt1TI0N OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the wife,
MARGARE'T POLITE, and the husband, TOIrII~tY POLITE, be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matri~ony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising there~rom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the minor child of the parties is
hereby awarded to the wife with reasonable"visitation rights reserved
to the husband.
3. CHILD SUPPORT. Beginning Friday, September 9, 1977, the ~

husband is hereby ordered to pay to the wife the sum of Thirty Five ;

Dollars (;35.00) each and every week thereafter for the support of the
}
minor child of the pa~ties. Said payments shall be paid to the Clerk f

oY the Circuit Court and remitted promptly by him to the wife. In
addition, there is hereby assessed by the Court the sum of #1.00 as
co8ts to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. Al1 payments shall
be made in cash, ~on~y order or cashierts check. The Wife and Husband '
are ordered to keep the Clerk of the Court advised of their mailing and
residence.addresses at all tfines while this Order is in effect.. 9
