4. That commencing October 1, 1977, and each
end every week thereafter, the Husband is hereby ordered to pay to
the wife for al3mony the sum of Twenty five Dollars (~25.00) per week
for a period of-two (2) years. All payments shall be made through the
Clerk of the Circuit Court and remited by the Clerk to the wife. All
payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier~s check.
5. ATTORNEY~S FEE AND COSTS:- That the Husband is hereby

ordered to pay to Ralph L. Flowera, Attorney for the Wife, the sum
of Four Hundred Dollars (~400.00~ as attorney's fees, together with
the sum of Thirty Dollars and fifty cents (~30.50) as costs. Said
payments~shall be made in equal installments of ~25.00 each per month
Qommer~cing October 1, 1977, and each and every month thereafter until
t,he total sum of ~430.50 is paid. 4

6. That tYiis Final Judgment supersedes all previous ~
and prior orders and shall act as a,merger of all said orders. `
7. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto, is retained Yor the entry of such further orders as
may be proper.
