ment o[ the Property. have the right to collect and retain such rents as they become due and payable.

rccoiver appointed by a oourt to enter upon, take posseuion of and manage the Propert~ and to collect the re~ts oE the

Mortgage. may make Future Advances to Bomowe~. Such Future Advances. with interest thereon. shall be secured by this
Mortgage w1~en evidenced by promissory nota stating that said ~otes are secured hcreby. At no time shall the principal
