LAST WILL AND TESTAMSNT ~
OF
PRIMUS RIL$N MOOR$
I, PRIMUS RILEN MOORS, a citizen of St. ~.ucie County,
Florida, being of sound and diaposinq memory, do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament and
hereby revoke any and all other Wills, Codicils and Letters
of Testamentary Import heretofore made by me. _
CLAUSE I
I direct my Executrix, hereinafter nan?ed, to pay all of
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease
as is practicable.
C7~AUSE TI
I hereby constitute and appoint ALMA LE8 as Sxecutrix of
this my Last i~lill and Testament, and T expressly confer upon
her power as such Executrix to administer nty estate, excusinq .
her from giving any bond, or making any returns to any court.
I expressly confer upon her full authority and pawer to sell
and convey any part or all of my estate, at public or private
sale, with or without notice, as she may deem best, and with-

~ out order of court. I authorize her to make good and sufficient

~ conveyances to~any purchaser.and to hold the proceeds of any ~
~
~ sale for such use as she may deem Dest for the interest of my
~ estate. I further hereby expressl~ confer upon her the authority ~
and power to borrow naney ~or the use of my said estate in any
instance where she may think it necessary and proper, and to
secure the sam~e by m~rtgaqe, trust deed, or other form of
security to or upon any part of my estate; this she may do
without the order of any court. ~
In the event that said A7~MA LEE should die, res~gn, be `
~ disqualified or unwillinq or unable to act as my Executrix ~
whether before or after entering upon her duties, then I ~
nominate, constitute and appoint G$RTRUDE COLLINS, if qualified _ :
~ as Alternate Executor, and if not qualified, request the Court
~
to appoint her designee as Alternate Executor of this, my Last
