ADDENDt1M to and part of Contract K-412-9 dated
Aygust 16, 1977 , between Tropicana Products, Inc., and

Wherever this ADDSNDUH is inconsistent w3.th the printed portion
of the contract, the wording of the ADDSNDUIi shall prevail. "
NOTWITHSTAND~NG the provisions of this agreement,
Tropicana Products', Inc. Participation price paid to groWer
Will be more than siaty-five ($.65) cente per pound of solids
delivered for the 1977-78 season, and the Participation price ~
~?-ill be nore than fifty ($.SO) cents per pound of solide ~
delivered~for the 1978-79 through 1974-$0 sessons. In con- ~
sideration for this three year price for pound solids, grower
agrees that this contract cannot be texminated during this
three year~~period and that the contract vill continue after
[he 1979-80 season in accordance with the regular ter~ss of
the Particfpation agreement unless cancell,ed by either party.
