ADDENDLTH to and part of Contract x-6~4_Q dated

Wherever~this ADDENDUM is inconsistent with the printed portion
of the contract, the wording of the ADDENDOM shall prevail.

NOTWITHSTANDING the proviscions of thie agreement,
Tropicana Products', Iac. Participatioa price paid to grower
will be more than seventy ($.70) cents per pouad of solids de-
livered for the 1977-78 season, aad the Participatioa price
will be more than fifty ($.50) cents per pound of solids de-
livered for the 1978-79 season, and tbe Participation price
will be more tban forty-five ($.45) cents per pound of solids
delivered for the 1979-80 season. In conside~ation for this
three year price for povad solids, grower agrees tbat tbis -
contract cannot be terminated duriag this three qear period
and that the contract will continue after the 1979-80 season
in accordance irith the regular terms of the Participation
~ agreement unless caacelled by either party. It is understood
~ that the prices set forth above are minimum prices for the years
~ indicated. The actual price vill be determined by the formula
provided in the contract if it exceeds the minimum prices herein
provided.
