The Buyer will aubmit to the Grower a figure determined by Buyer to be tbe per pow~d of solids price ior the season and the aumber
ot pounds ot solida reeeived irom the Grower as reported by U.S.D.A. daily nport. The C~gurea aubmitted by $uyer ~riil be certitied to by a
C.P.A. 5rm. .
The wit6in Agreement is for the ~g y~~g ~t6 ~ 1977•78 aeason and will be
coatinued t6ereaftec until oae of tbe partiea gives to t6e other notioe by segiatered tm certified mail ot its intention not to continue [or the
next aeatoa startin~ Octobet 1. Fae sueh notioe to be e~ective, it must be sent not later thsa June 30 befare tbe aeri growing season.
Grovver may not validly send an~ snch notioe wh7e Grnwer is indebted to Bnyer. Ii after t6e final determiastioa of amounts due between
