ADDENDUM ~
ADDENDUM to and part of Contract R-432-9 dated -
Auguet 31, 1977 , between Tropicana Products, Inc., and
bancpT~Fit$gerald-Samale. Igc. . ~iherever this ADDENDUli
is inconsistent with the printed portion of the contract, the word-
ing of the ADDENDUH shall prevail.
NOTWITHSTANDING the provisions of this agreement,
Tropicana Products, Inc. Participaiton price paid to grower will be
more_than sfxty-five (65C) cents per pound of solids delivered for
~ the 1977-1978 season, and the Participation price will be more°than
fifty (SOC) cents per pound of solids delivered for the 1978-1979
through the 1979-1980 seasons,~and the Participation price will be
more than forty-five (45C) cents per pound of solids delivered for
the 1980-1981 through 1981-1982 seasons. In consideration for this
five year price per pound sollds, grower agrees that this contract
cannot be terminated during this five year period and that the con-
tract will continue after the 1981-1982 season in accordance with
; the regular terms of the Participation agreement unless cancelled
by either partq. It is understood that the prices set forth above
are minimum prices for the years indicated. The actual price will~
be determined by the formula provided in the contract if it exceeds
the minimum-prices herein provided.
