Wherever this ADDENDUM is inconsistent ~rith the printed portion of the contract, the word- ing of the ADDENDIII~I shall prevail. - NOTWITHSTANDING the provisions of this agreement, Tropicana Products, Inc. Participaiton price paid to grower will be more than sixtq-five (65C) cents per pound of solids delivered for the 1977-1978 season, and the Participation price vill be more than fiftq (50C) cents per pound of solids delivered for the 1978-1979 through the 1979-1980 seasons, and the Participation price will be more than forty-five (45G) cents.per pound of solids delivered for the 1980-1981 through 1981-1982 seasons. In consideration for this five.year price per pound solids, grower agrees that this contract cannot be terminated during this five year period and that the con- tract will continue after the 1981-1982 season in accordance with i the regular terms of the Participation agreement unless cancelled by either party. It is understood that-the prices set forth above are minimum prices for the years indicated.
