Wherever this ADDffi~IDDM is inconsist~t ~rft6 t6e printed portion
of the contract, the vording of the ADDB~IM sball prevail.
I8G the p ovisions of this agreement, _
Tropicana Products', Inc. Partic~pation price paid to grower
will be sore than sizty-five (S•65) cents per pouad of solids
delivered for the 1977-78 season, and the Participation price
will be ~ore than fifty ($.50) ceats per pouad of solids
delivered for tbe 1978-79 through 1979-80 seasona. In con-
sideration for this three year price for ponad solids, grower
agrees that this contract ca~ot be terdnated during this
three year period and tbat the contract vill continue after
the 1979-80 sesson in accordance with the regular terms of
the Participation agreesent unless cancelled by either party. ;
It is uaderstood that the prices set forth above are sinimum F
~ prices for the years indicated. She actual price will be de- ~
~ terained by the for~ula provided in the contract if it exceeds ~
the miniau~ prices herein provided.

~ The grover has the right to reserve up to t~renty-five percent
~ -of all fruit to the fresh frnit ~artet.
