Wh+erever this ADDBNDtJM is inconsistent vith the printed portion of
the contract, the irordiag of the ADDEI~IDOI~i shall , pr~va3;l.
NOTiJITBSTANDING the provisions of this agreement,
Tropicana-Products', Inc. Participation price paid to grover will be
no less than eighty ($.80) ceats per pound of solide delivered for the
1977-78 season. This ~greement will continue after the 1977-78 season
in accordance w3th the regular terms of the Participation agreement ua-
less cancelled by either party. _
It is uaderstood that the price set forth above is a minimum
price for the year indicaCed. The actual price will be determined by
the fornula provided in the contract if it exceeds the minimua price
herein provided. .
