Notwithstanding the above. Buyer s6all have the rigi~t to inerease the deduction for tbe openting expenses as set forth but only to
t6e eaUent that such costs are incurred by Buyer. Buyer shall notify Seller in advanee of any growiug season that such iacrease will be
deducted. _
Grower warranta good litle to the groves described in this Agreemeat and to the fruit produoed in said grovea. vvith lawtul right to
enter into this Agreement and Grorver warrants that the fruit vvill be tree of aay and all 6eaa aad elaima. The individuals signing this
Agreement on behalf of the Grnwer represent that they have authority to do so. -
