Wherever this ADDffi~iDUM is inconsiatent vith the printed portion of
the contract, the ~rording of the ADDSrIDUM shall. p~evaii.
NOTI~TITHSTANDING the provisions of this agreement,
Tropicana Products', Inc. Participation price paid to groWer will be
no less than eighty ($.80) cents per pound of solids delivered for the
1~77-78 seaeon. This agreement ~rill continue after the 1977-78 season
in accordance with tbe regular terms of the Participation agreement un-
less cancelled by either party.

Zt is uaderstood that the price set forth above ie a miniaum
price for the year indicated. The actual price vill be determined by
' the formula provided in the contract if it eacceeds the minimum price
i herein provided.
