FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on for trial on April 18, 1977, on behalf
of Plaintiffs' ComQlaint, the Defendants' Answer and Counterclaim, the
Court hearing testimony, receivinq exhibits and receiving argument and
memorandwns of law by respective counsel and the Court being othercaise
fully advised, the Court, theXefore, having heard and considered the
testimony and evidence adduced by each of the parties, finds that the
Plaintiffs have failed to prove the allegations of Plaintiffs' Complaint
and that the Defendants have proven their defenses by the qreater weight
of the evidence, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that final judgment be, and the sar.~e is
hereby, entered in favor of the Defendants, DO?JALD J. HELLER, individ-
ually, and d/b/a KEY PRnPERTIES anti d/b/a DON HELLER & ASSOCIATES and
ItEAL ESTATE CAFITAL CORP., A Delaware corporation, and against the
Plaintiffs, ERNST FURNSINN and ALMUT FURNSINN, his wife, that said

Plaint~ffs take nothing by Plaintiffs' action.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as to the Counterclaim filed by De-
fendants-Counterplaintiffs, the Court finds in favor of Counterplain-
tiffs and against Plaintiffs-Counterdefendants, and final judgment of
foreclosure of the agreement for deed is entered in favor of Counter-
plaintiffs and against Counterdefendants, as follows:
1. That~the contract for deed sued upon by Counterplaintiff,
