5. That the lien af the Counterplaintiff is prior and sup-
erior to all rights, claims, interest or equities of the Plaintiffs, {
and all persons claiming by, through or under the Plaintiffs, and the .
property will be sold. free and clear of any clair~s of the Plaintiffs, :
subject to a prior first mortgage held by FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BANR
recorded in O.R. Book 218 , page 2942 , of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
6. Unless the Countierdefendants, within fifteen (15) days
from the entry of this Judgment, shall pay Counterplaintiff's attorney ~

the~sums specifiecl in paragraph 2 above, and any other costs of this
suit as mentioned in said paragraph, the Clerk of this Court, after
publication of notice as required by Statute, is directed to sell to
the highest and best bidder for cash at the East door of the St. Lucie
County Courthouse, Fort Pierce, Florida, free and clear and discharged
of any and all liens, encumbrances, rights, equities and interests of
the Plaintiffs`and all persons claiming by, through or under the Plain-
} tiffs, but subject to the first mortgage above-specified. The sale shall i

as provided by Chapter 45.031 , Florida Statutes, as amended.
7. That out of the proceeds aYising from the sale of the prop-
erty by this Judqment ordered to be sold, the Clerk shall retain his

fee and out of the remainder of the proceeds there shall be paid to the
Counterplaintiffs the sums above-provided. The Clerk shall report any €

surplus to this Court for the Court's order and, in the event the sums ~

realized at the sale shall be insufficient to pay the total of the `

amounts ordered to be paid, the Clerk shall report the deficiency to ~
the Court for such further orders as the Court shall deem proper. ~

8. The Defendants may bid at the sale and if Defendants shall ~
be the successful bidder, said Defendants shall be entitled to credit
on Defendants' bid up to the full amount due under this Judgment.
9. That, upon the sale being had as above-specified and upon
the Clerk filing the Certificate of Sale and filing Clerk's Certificate
of Title, the sale shall stand confirmed, and the Counterdefendants and
all persons claiming claiming by, through and under said Counterdefen-
